Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends 
or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

UK Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
UK Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £25. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below 
this threshold, calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow 
your delivery.

Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues 
or high demand periods (e.g. holiday seasons). We appreciate your patience.
