Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, 
in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, contact us at support@azzurya.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of 
your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 
business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same 
product, contact us at support@azzurya.co.uk.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items (e.g. lip and eye tools that have been used) cannot 
be returned once opened.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item 
was received damaged or defective.
